In the United States as a whole and in Georgia in particular, Christianity is the major religion practiced, contributing to 79% of the population and having various denominations. There are many minority religions like Jews (1%), Muslims (1%), Buddhists (1%), Hindu (1%), and others (1%). There is no single largest minority religion, as all the minority seem to be equally divided. My hometown has very few people from other faiths, and in general, there doesn’t seem to be any reason for imbalance. I have a friend from India, living here with his family, and they are Muslims.
